Times to Phone Reception – Please consider phoning after 10am

Our phone lines are busiest in the mornings. Please help the receptionists at the practice by phoning after 10:00 for the following:

  • General Enquiries
  • Blood Test Results
  • Blood Pressure Machine (in waiting room)
  • Urine Testing
  • Baby Clinic Appointments
  • Any appointment in the Treatment Room including the following:
  • Blood Tests*
  • Blood Pressure
  • Wound Reviews
  • Suture Removal
  • ECG*
  • Pulse check
  • Cervical Smear (after you have received notification to book)
  • Speculum*
  • Routine injections
  • DEPO injections

*Please note that these are only to be requested if your medical records indicate they are needed or if your clinician has recently suggested these.
